Requirements
1. All Day Care, Sleep Over Camp and Grooming guest must have an Registration
Information form completed prior to their first visit. Forms may be obtained from
the two sources listed below:
a. Emergency Contact forms may be obtained on the Adorable Pooches Palace
web site under Registration or Our Services.
b. Forms can be obtained from the offices of Adorable Pooches Palace located
at the address on the bottom of this page.
2. All Day Care and Sleep Over Camp guest are welcome to use a FREE one-time evaluation
before they use our services. All guests will need to be dropped off at Adorable Pooches
Palace for a minimum of Two - Four (2-4) hours. Evaluations can be scheduled
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM 6:00 PM and Saturday between
8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
3. All guests must have Current Vaccinations and Flea & Tick prevention, and have Compatible
Behavior to participate in group play. A copy of the dogs current vaccination records
must accompany your pet at the time of their FREE evaluation or their first visit whichever
comes first.
a. Vaccination requirements must be current as follows:
i. Rabies 1 or 3 years
ii. DHP 1 year
iii. Parvovirus 1 year
iv. Bordetella 6 Months
4. To insure the health and well being of all our guests, all dogs will be checked for flea
infestation. If fleas are present a flea and tick preventative will be administered at
a cost to the owner.
5. Non Neutered or Spayed dogs will be accepted but, may be restricted from certain interaction situations.
