Requirements
All Day Care, Sleep Over Camp and Grooming guests must have an Emergency
Contact Information form completed prior to their first visit. Emergency Contact forms
may be obtained from the front desk or on the Emergency Contact Form link below
and completed before you leave.
All Day Care and Sleep Over Camp guests may complete a FREE one-tme evaluation
before using our services. All guests will need to be dropped off at Adorable Pooches
Palace for a minimum of 2-4 hours. Evaluations can be scheduled during the following:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or
2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Satuday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
All guests must have current vaccinations, flee & tick prevention, heartworm and compatible
behavior to participate in group play. A current copy of the dog's vaccination records must
accompany the pet at the time of their FREE evaluation.
